Jakarta Inspectorate develops Integrated Complaint System (Si Padu) application named whistleblowing system.
Whistleblowing system is a medium for ASN and citizen to complain about government officials who suspected of committing corruption
That application can be used by civil apparatus (ASN) and citizen to report any indication of corruption.
Jakarta Inspectorate Head, Zainal said, Si Padu is a system to handle complaints against violation, especially those that can cause local government loss. This application is also used as ASN and citizen participation tool in developing region.

He explained, Si Padu consists of complaint, handling complaint, handling complaint result, and follow up of handling complaint result. ASN and citizen are asked to participate in monitoring.
"Citizen who have information about any corruption acts can report it to us," he said.
In reporting, he suggests people to attach the complaint with evidences such as supporting documents, pictures, or recordings.
"Informers can see the complaint progress which followed up by special team from Inspectorate Investigation Division," he added.
If complaint can be proven, his side will arrest the perperators. Sanction is also given in accordance to applicable law (UU).
